Sinbad M. Apepe, born June 23, 1946 to the couple Ciriaco C. Apepe, Jr. and Emilia D. Magtuba, of Plaridel, Misamis Occidental.

Studied grade school at the Plaridel Central School, then to Purvil High School of Jimenez, Misamis Occidental.

A graduate of BS Electrical Engineering at the Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT) in 1967. Took and passed the Board Exams the following year.

Employed as Communications Engineer at the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) from 1974 to 2002.

Joined the telecommunications construction firm, RISER, Philippines, Inc. as a consultant from 2005 to 2016.

Today, a retiree, I dabble in blogging, mostly on topics of local interest to Plaridel.
